The jiechenlab C series stainless steel glove box consists of a main box that can be evacuated, a transition chamber that can be evacuated, 2 glove ports, a side door, an LED lighting fixture, 2 inlet and outlet ports, a vacuum pressure gauge, a power socket, and 2 KF25 backup interfaces on the back. By vacuuming and supplementing inert gas, the oxygen value inside the box can be reduced to meet various experimental and production process requirements. Suitable for major university laboratories, scientific research institutes, high-tech enterprises, etc;

Working principle

The working principle of the jiechenlab C series vacuum glove box is to evacuate the main box and then fill it with high-purity inert gas to reduce the water and oxygen levels inside the box. After repeated vacuuming and air replenishment, the water and oxygen levels can be less than 200PPM. (The specific value is affected by the number of operations and the purity of the inert gas)

The function of the transition chamber is that if it is necessary to transfer items inside or outside the box during the experiment, it can be done through the transition chamber, so as not to damage the low water oxygen atmosphere that has been replaced inside the main box.
