VOK ?- Disper 182 is a wetting and dispersing agent for water-based and solvent based paint systems and printing inks. It can be used for all pigment concentrates from non-polar to water-based systems.

Product features and advantages
VOK ?- Disper 182 enables pigment to deflocculate through steric stabilization. Because the particle size of the deflocculating pigment is small, it can obtain high luster, enhance color strength, and improve transparency or hiding power. Due to the reduction of viscosity, the flowability is improved and the content of pigment can be increased.
Recommended use
VOK ?- Disper 182 is widely used for solvent based and water-based systems. It can be used alone or with VOK ?- Disper 108 is used together to produce an economical solvent based pigment concentrate.
Recommended dosage
Additive dosage (purchase form) is based on pigment:
Inorganic pigment: 15-20%
Titanium dioxide: 4-5%
Organic pigment: 30-60%
Carbon black: 80-100%
The above recommended dosage is for reference, and the appropriate dosage shall be determined through a series of tests.
Adding method and processing guidance
In order to obtain good performance, additives must be added to the grinding material first, and then the pigment. Premix the resin and solvent components in the abrasive, and then slowly add VOK in the stirring state ?- Disper 182。 Pigments can only be added after the auxiliaries are completely dispersed and uniform.
