Addition method and processing

It is instructed that the additive should be added at a terminal, moderate shear rate at the end of production. Recommended use 

VOK?-AP 920 is recommended for all UV-curable powder coatings. In combination with VOK?-AP 950, it enhances matting effect.

The dosage of 2-8 % additive (purchased form) is based on the total formulation and depends on the desired gloss.

Addition method and processing

It is instructed that the additive should be mixed with all components such as resin, curing agent, pigment and other additives at high speed stirring using a high-speed dispersing machine, and then all extruded and discharged.
