German technical background VOK?-AP 960 wax auxiliary
VOK?-AP 960 micronized modified amide wax for improved degassing of ?-hydroxyalkylamide powder coatings. It also helps to improve pigment wetting and leveling. A scarring effect can be achieved in UV-curable powder coating systems.

Application Powder Coatings Features and Benefits The additive improves the degassing of ?-hydroxyalkylamide powder coatings while helping with leveling, D.O.I. (FRESHNESS) and pigment wetting. The scarring effect can be achieved in UV-curable powder coating systems.
Recommended use
Suitable for powder coatings based on epoxy, polyester, polyurethane, acrylate and polyester/epoxy hybrid systems.
Recommended dosage
0.5-2% additive dosage (purchased form) is based on total formulation.
The above recommended addition amount is for reference, and the suitable addition amount needs to be determined by a series of tests.
Add method and processing guidance
The additive should be mixed and stirred with resin, curing agent, pigment and other additives at high speed, and then all extruded and discharged.
