PEAK series is an economical model of full automatic CNC vision developped by UNIMETRO. The simple and integrated design allow us to build the machine with lower cost, in the mean time keep the high measuring accuracy and best performance. Users are able to enjoy the advantage of high efficiency and labor cost saving from a full CNC vision measurement machine with very low price.
We carry the philosophy of simple and stable in the designing process of the PEAK series through to the end. We eliminate the unnecessary mechanical parts, integrate all the electronics inside the mechanical structure, optimize the wiring, to ensure the machine stability and easy maintainence.
The PEAK series support multiple measuring sensors solution. Touch probe, laser sensor and white light sensor are all compatible. Which allows much wider application range for different measuring requirement.

PEAK Series vision measurement machine is designed and developed by UNIMETRO, which is a popular model fit for most of the accurate 2D dimension measuring application and end users from different industries, as Mold, Electronics, Semi conductor, Plastic Injection, 3C products, Medical care, Aviation...etc.
The PEAK series VMM is capable to measure geometrical elements such as point, circle, line, angle, retangle, also able to measure dimension such as distance, roundness, straightness, concentricity etc.
PEAK series VMM is created with compact design concept, using high accuracy and stability granite as machine base, high quality aluminum column and work stage, all the electrics are embedded inside the column, ensures the compact and reasonble structure of the machine body. Detailed oriented assembling and quality control process, ensure each machine’s high performance and accuracy.
PEAK series vision measurement machine is using high accuracy V type cross slides, ensures low noise and high dynamic performance. Aluminum work stage and high quality surface painting, ensures long life cycle usage of the machine.
PEAK series is using an integrated core control box which is developed by UNIMETRO, for 3 axis servo motors, linear scales, light control, joystick control, limit switches, and touch probe signal transfering, ensure easy wiring and maintainence. Highly increase the stability of the machine.
PEAK series optical measuring machine is configured with 5 rings 8 section software control multiple angle LED ring light, which can offer multiple illuminating angle and brightness, fit for parts with different shape and materials, offers more flexibility during the measuring process. Programmable contour LED light with parallel light path, avoids the deformation of the image, ensures the measuring accuracy.
PEAK Series vision measurement machine is campatible with multiple option of powerful measuring software. Which are with diversified measuring function, CAD file input and comparing, easy output of measuring report, and SPC analyse of the measuring results data.

PEAK series VMM is compatible with Renishaw touch probe as optional configuration. Users can easily achieve 2D and 3D measuring function in one machine. The software can calculate the offset between the optical lens and touch probe, makes sure that all measuring results are within one coordinates system. The measuring results can be out put as 3D drawing for reverse engineering.
