Small caliper disc brake works with safety chuck

Small caliper disc brake has two types, HMC-H and HMC-A. HMC-1H, HMC-2H, HMC-3H are the three models of hand operation mini caliper disc brake. While HMC-1A, HMC-2A, HMC-3A are controlled by air pressure. For the hand operation brake, its braking force is various as handwheel rotating angle. And the air operation brake, its braking torque is adjusted via air pressure volume.

Manual adjustable caliper disc brake HMC is a small and flexible caliper disc brake. As a type of small brake, the installation is flexible, it can save more installation space. Application of torque control and brake maintenance specially adapt to the light loading condition. Convenient for release of heat and maintenance.

According to "air pressure versus torque" we can know that braking disk diameter different, these three brakes produce braking torque is different, too. 

This hand and auto operation caliper disc brake is suitable for wire winding reels, wire winch machine, small vehicles and roll film winding, tire machine, packing and printing machine etc. They can be matched with safety chuck for winding and unwinding machine material tension control.

Just like above picture shown, HMC-H is matched with safety chuck for paper making machine. HMC caliper friction brake is used to stop steel disk plate extended of safety chuck, and core chuck is used for loading and unloading paper core roller for rewinding and unwinding.
