They can be matched with flange and pillow type manual safety chucks as need.

For the standard manual safety chuck, there are two types: flange mounted safety chuck and pedestal mounted safety chuck. STO/W foot mounted safety chuck is just the pedestal type, it is fixed on the worktable by screws. FLO/W flange mounted safety chuck is similar with STO/W pillow type safety chuck, just their installation different.

This safety chuck is widely applied for steel shaft and web roller material loading and unloading. After matching with ESB200 or ESB250 hand brake, they are used for material tension control. Braking force can be adjusted via rotating handle.
