NAC1.4 New type mini friction clutch for tension control

NAC1.4 New type mini friction clutch is a very special and small size pneumatic friction type clutch. It is just like Nexen BW800100 and B-275 mini size air shaft pilot mount clutch. Its function is the same with regular NAC model clutch, released normally, supplying air source, clutch linked to transmit torque. It can be used for tension control. 

For some customers, the regular pneumatic clutch installation size will be larger for them, so we research and development this new type of clutch for narrow space installation and narrow range tension control application.

This NAC air shaft clutch is standard type friction clutch. Power source is air pressure, so it will not produce spark and transmit toque is table. It is safe and easy maintanance, so many film, paper making and packing enterprises using air clutch brake to replace electromagnetic, magnetic powder clutch brake. And price of air clutch is cheaper than lectromagnetic, magnetic powder clutch.
