Pneumatic safety chuck is an automatic mode, it is driven by air pressure. Handong made pneumatic safety chuck with high precision and superior quality, it can replace Boschert's air chuck well.

Automatic pneumatic safety chuck is driven by air pressure, it can be moved left and right automatically. It is usually used with lug or strip air shaft for rolling. After input air pressure, this safety chuck reel mouth will be open automatically, then the shaft roller can be putted into it, when exhausting air pressure, this safety chuck will be closed, so as to make sure the shaft roll will not slippage and rotating in safe. 

Pneumatic safety chuck is also has two types: flange mounted and pillow mounted. In this above picture, it is the flange mounted safety chuck. Chuck body is fixed on worktable by screws. There are two air inlet ports for each side, one is safety chuck open air inlet port, another is safety chuck close air inlet port. It is through control air supply into chamber to make chuck head open or close automatically.

This safety chuck is in couple, one without shaft, another with shaft, this shaft can connect with customer's motor, so as to transmit the power to the safety chuck.
