Hand operation mini caliper disc brake for car making machine

HMC-1H, HMC-2H, HMC-3H are the three models of hand operation mini caliper disc brake. While HMC-1A, HMC-2A, HMC-3A are controlled by air pressure. For the hand operation brake, its braking force is various as handwheel rotating angle. Rotating the handwheel in clockwise, braking force will be increased, if rotating handwheel in anti-clockwise, its braking force is reduced.

Manual adjustable caliper disc brake HMC is a small and flexible caliper disc brake. As a type of small brake, the installation is flexible, it can save more installation space. Application of torque control and brake maintenance specially adapt to the light loading condition. Convenient for release of heat and maintenance.

There are three models of this hand operation disc brake. It is including HMC-1H, HMC-2H, HMC-3H. From above table we can see that braking disc thickness of HMC-1H, HMC-2H both 6mm, while it is 10mm for HMC-3H. 

According to "air pressure versus torque" we can know that braking disk diameter different, these three brakes produce braking torque is different, too. For example, when friction panel diameter is 150mm, HMC-1H braking force is about 38N.m; HMC-2H braking force is about 48N.m; HMC-3H braking force is about 62N.m. On the other hand, HMC-3H is suitable for large braking diameter 600mm, while HMC-1H, HMC-2H only suitable for smaller diameter braking panel diameter.

This hand operation caliper disc brake is suitable for wire winding reels, wire winch machine, small vehicles and roll film winding, tire machine, packing and printing machine etc.

In this usage case, HMC-H is used to brake steel disk for wire winding and unwinding machine, it is easy installation on the frame via screws. This small and flexible manual caliper disc brake is suitable for small braking torque needed working situation.
