T500 Full automatic tension controller with buttons
T500 is a full automatic tension controller. It adopts 16-bit high precision AD sampling. The sensor has high signal precision and speed. This tension controller can be connected with single and double pressure sensors, work without intenal calculation automatically is also available.
This type of tension controller is operated by buttons, it is an automatic mode. It usually used with brick type load cell. According to load cell detection web material's loose or tight situation, transmitting to tension controller signal, then this tension controller can adjust rolling material's tension accordingly. So as to make winding and unwinding material's tightness tension in a good situation.
There are three kinds of load cells: LS200 brick type load cell, LS400 through axial load cell, LS500 cantilever load cell. As usually, this T500 button tension controller and T1000 touch screen tension controller are matched with LS200 brick type load cell. It is mounted, easy installation.
