Oil caliper disc brake with DOT3 or DOT4 braking oil

Oil caliper disc brake is driven by hydraulic oil, it is better to use standard braking oil DOT3, DOT4 or above. This hydraulic disc brake can be used in dry and oil working situation, and usually matched with air oil transform booster BST.

DBM hydraulic caliper disc brake has two types, right "R" and left "L". So when you order this product, please indicate which type you need in advance. DBM10R, DBM20R means the oil source is input through right side, DBM10L, DBM20L means the oil source is input through left side. 

This kind of hydraulic disc brake is popular matching with BST hydraulic booster, they are usually used in oil pump, like this:

BST hydraulic booster is driven by air pressure, after inputting air pressure, it will transform the air pressure to oil pressure for hydraulic caliper disc brake, so as to enhance brake's braking force in twice or quadruple. In above picture shown, it is the BST-4 connected with DBM10. When there is no hydraulic booster, braking disk diameter is 350mm, DBM10 braking torque is about 1100N.m. After connecting with air oil transform booster, it braking force can be enhanced to 2200N.m, that is to say, oil brake's braking force in double than before.
