China factory supply DBF small friction type brake

DBF pneumatic disc brake is an easy structure caliper disc brake, it comprises of two friction pads, stationary frame, cylinder, piston and etc. Normally it is released, after supplying air pressure, this brake's two braking pads clamp braking steel plate together, so as to make braking plate and driving part stopped. 

There are three models of this air disc brake, DBF-8, DBF-10, DBF-15. Different model means their two braking pads open distance is different, so their braking disc thickness is 8mm, 10mm and 15mm. Suitable braking plate diameter is above 220mm. When the braking plate diameter larger, it generated braking torque is higher, too.

From above air pressure versus torque, we can know that DBF type brake's clamp torque is not high. The minimum braking disc diameter is 220mm. When braking disk diameter is 260mm, DBF-8/DBF-10/DBF-15 braking torque is 80N.m; when disk diameter is 350mm, their braking torque is 110N.m; when disk diameter is 500mm, their produce braking power is 160N.m; when disk diameter reach to 600mm, their stopping force is 200N.m.
