Ceramic cyclone is mainly composed of: center exhaust pipe, cyclone baffle and cyclone separation cones, etc.

Characteristic

In terms of craftsmanship, we abandoned the previous manual shaping way, but using mechanical processing instead. The whole cyclone is extruded by model vacuum technology. The three major parts are made as a whole, which avoids air leakage and docking at connection points, and guarantees the effect of the cyclone;

In terms of overall quality, mechanical processing of cyclone ensures the distribution angle and direction angle of cyclone guide vane are even. Since the gas treatment of every cyclone is the same, the gas can be evenly allocated when using the cyclones in parallel that ensure the effectiveness of the ceramic cyclones;

In terms of wear resistance, compared with manual processing, the cyclone after vacuum extrusion have greater compactness and even wall thickness; thus greatly improve wear resistance of the cyclone;

In terms of corrosion resistance, the glaze used on the cyclone adopts international chemical spray glaze, which makes it smooth. It has not only stable chemical properties, but also excellent acid-proof alkaline, high-temperature resistance and abrasion resistance;

Principle

Most of swirling flue gas twists along cylinder from the up to the bottom of cone and form downward external rotation dust flue gas. Under the high speed swirling, the generated centrifugal force flings the dust particles towards cylinder wall, of which density is much larger than that of flue gas. Once dust particles touch with cylinder wall, particles will lose inertia force and drop along cylinder wall into ash hopper because of inlet speed momentum and self-weight. After swirling downward gas reaches to the bottom of cone, gas swirls up along the center of dust collector and forms internal circulating updraft. These updraft exhausts via exhaust pipe of dust collector. Other flue gas flowing from air intake will flow towards the top of cyclone dust collector and then flow down along the lateral place of exhaust pipe. When gas reaches to the bottom of exhaust pipe, it will exhaust with swirling updraft from exhaust pipe, the containing dust particles will discharge as well.
