Production Description

Multi cyclone Dust Collector is one of the typical industrial dust collector. The cyclones are listed in the scrubber body and equipped into a whole. It can be applied on all kinds of industry boilers and utility boilers: chain furnace, circulating fluidized bed furnace, pulverized coal furnace, hot-water stove, biomass boiler, CWS-boiler, steel sintering machine, hot-blast stove, reciprocating boiler, spreader stoker boiler, lime kiln, rotary kiln and other kinds of industrial boilers and utility boilers. It?adopts permutation and combination of single cyclone inside according to the volume flow of flue gas. Each single cyclone can treat flue gas amount about 750 m3/h and remove dust particles in the range of 5um to 10um, as a result, 290 ceramic multi cyclone dust collector is an ideal dust removal device. (Especially dealing with biomass furnace and coal furnace well or as a preliminary dust collection before bag filter dust collector and wet desulfurization dust collector)

Principle

Principle of Operation: Dry desulfurization dust collector adopts different cyclones. The main principle of activated carbon desulfurization is catalysis and adsorption. When the H2S-containing gas goes through the activated carbon layer, an exothermic reaction occurs at atmospheric pressure and the oxidized gas becomes sulfur and water on the surface of activated carbon, the generated is adopted by activated carbon so as to achieve desulfurization purpose finally.

Types

Transportation

1.Treatment flue gas: ≤300000m3/h. Multi-cyclone dust collector will be transported as a whole.

2.Treatment flue gas: ＞300000m3/h. Multi-cyclone dust collector will manufacture separately and assemble at site in order to save production and transportation cost. Meanwhile standard production can control quality of the equipment, which is better than manufacturing the equipment at site.
