Production Description

Principle

The flue gas flows into the dust filter in certain speed, and rotates in the cyclone tube through the director. Under the action of centrifugal force, the particle and the gas are separated. The dust after separation falls down on the hopper of the dust collector, and exports from bottom discharge valve. The air after purification circulates internally and discharges from exhaust pipe.

Multi-cyclone Dust Collector Transportation

1 . Treatment flue gas : ≤300000m3/h . Multi-cyclone dust collector will be transported as a whole .

2 . Treatment flue gas : ＞300000m3/h . Multi-cyclone dust collector will manufacture separately and assemble at site in order to save production and transportation cost. Meanwhile standard production can control quality of the equipment , which is better than manufacturing the equipment at site .
