Oriented Silicon steel
I. Products
Baosteel B27R095 represents the world's leading low-noise and high-efficiency silicon steel technology.
The product grade analysis is as follows:
B: Baosteel logo;
27: thickness of 0.27mm, suitable for ultra-thin specifications of energy-efficient equipment;
R: Magnetic domain optimisation series, to enhance the degree of refinement of the magnetic domains;
095: Iron loss value of ≤0.95W/kg (P1.7/50), significantly reducing the eddy current loss.
The product adopts a green manufacturing process, combining high magnetic polarisation strength and low magnetostriction characteristics, with a magnetic susceptibility of B800 ≥ 1.88T, and has also passed ISO9001 certification to ensure performance stability.
II. Main uses
B27R095 is specially designed for high energy-efficiency power equipment, and its core is applied in:
1, Energy-saving transformer:
Used in the core of first-grade energy-efficiency distribution transformer, the noise is reduced by 2~4 decibels under the same no-load loss, and it is suitable for the transformation of urban silent power grid.
Successfully used in ultra-high voltage projects (such as Changji-Guquan project), supporting ultra-long-distance power transmission.
2, New energy and energy storage equipment:
manufactures generator cores for compressed air energy storage power stations, which are used in world-class 300MW non-compensated energy storage projects (e.g. Hubei Yingcheng Demonstration Project) to improve conversion efficiency.
3, High-end motors and reactors:
high permeability and low coercive force characteristics to optimise the energy efficiency of motors, suitable for new energy vehicles and wind turbines.
III. Storage and maintenance
1,Moisture and rust prevention: The storage environment should be kept dry (relative humidity ≤ 60%), avoiding contact with acid, alkali and other corrosive substances. If stored for a long time, it is recommended to use anti-rust oil or vacuum packaging to protect the surface coating.
2,Physical protection: Avoid mechanical collision or heavy pressure to prevent deformation of steel coils or coating damage. Use special pallets when stacking and control the stacking height to reduce the bottom load.3,33333333332123123123546974124
3,Temperature control: Ideal storage temperature is between 10°C and 30°C to avoid high temperature environment that may cause coating aging or magnetic property degradation.
4,Pre-processing: If cutting or stamping is required, make sure the equipment is clean to avoid scratching the surface with impurities; clean up debris in time after processing to prevent oxidation or degradation of insulating properties.
IV. Payment modalities
Only support T/T payment, the implementation of the FOB standard, the first to determine the variety and grade of silicon steel, sign the contract prepayment of 40%, in the delivery period the goods ready to send to the designated domestic port (such as Tianjin Port), after settlement of the final payment, the goods loaded on the ship.
