I. Products
Baosteel B20R065 is the world's first high-end product developed by Baosteel, belonging to the ultra-thin orientated silicon steel series, with a thickness of only 0.20 mm, representing the world's top level of ultra-thin orientated silicon steel technology. The product significantly reduces iron loss (hysteresis loss and eddy current loss) by optimising the magnetic domain structure, and is a global leader in magnetic susceptibility performance, especially in the high-frequency magnetic field environment, showing excellent stability, and is widely used in the field of energy-efficient power equipment manufacturing.
Baosteel B20R065 adopts advanced cold rolling and recrystallisation process, combined with magnetic domain refinement technology, making it both low loss (more than 15% lower than conventional products) and high permeability characteristics. The product meets the international standard of Grade 1 energy efficiency, has been certified by a number of head transformer enterprises, and has been applied in large quantities in key power transmission and transformation projects at home and abroad, such as extra-high-voltage projects and new energy power systems.
II. Main uses
1, high energy-efficiency distribution transformer: as the core material of transformer core, B20R065 can significantly reduce no-load loss, help the manufacture of first-class energy-efficient transformers, in line with the global trend of energy saving and emission reduction.
2, low noise power equipment: through the optimization of magnetostrictive properties, can reduce the transformer operating noise 2-4 dB, suitable for urban power grids, data centres and other noise-sensitive places.
3, new energy field: applied to wind power, photovoltaic and other new energy transformer core manufacturing, to meet the demand for high frequency, low loss, and improve energy conversion efficiency.
4, Industrial motors and reactors: optimise electromagnetic performance, reduce energy consumption of equipment operation, applicable to high-end industrial drive systems.
III. Storage and maintenance
To ensure stable performance and long service life of B20R065, the following storage specifications should be strictly observed:
1, Environmental control:
Humidity: the relative humidity of the storage environment should be ≤60%, to avoid humidity triggering coating peeling or rusting; long-term storage is recommended to use vacuum packaging or anti-rust oil protection.
Temperature: the appropriate temperature is 10°C-30°C, to avoid high temperatures leading to magnetic performance degradation or coating aging.
2, physical protection:
Steel coils need to be placed horizontally on special pallets, stacking height of no more than 3 layers, to prevent deformation; cut edge materials need to avoid mechanical collision, burr height should be ≤ 0.02mm.
Use nylon sling when transporting, prohibit wire rope from directly touching the surface of steel coil to prevent scratching the insulation layer.
3, Pre-processing treatment:
Processing equipment needs to be clean and free of impurities, and debris should be cleaned up in time after stamping to prevent oxidation;
The internal stress needs to be controlled when shearing and slitting to avoid the deviation of shearing edge more than 1mm.
IV. Payment modalities
Only support T/T payment, the implementation of the FOB standard, the first to determine the variety and grade of silicon steel, sign the contract prepayment of 40%, in the delivery period the goods ready to send to the designated domestic port (such as Tianjin Port), after settlement of the final payment, the goods loaded on the ship.
