The product adopts a low-temperature, high magnetic susceptibility manufacturing process that breaks through the limitations of traditional high-temperature processes, and achieves a combination of high permeability and low hysteresis loss through precise control of grain orientation (Goss Orientation Consistency). Typical magnetic performance indicators include magnetic induction B800 of 1.91 T, which significantly improves the energy efficiency of transformers.

B18R060 belongs to the core achievement of intelligent production of Baosteel's ‘fourth-generation smart factory’,which has taken 10 years of technical research, solved the problems of grain orientation control, surface coating optimisation, etc., and realised full coverage of the highest grade of full-thickness specifications (from 0.18mm to 0.35mm) of grain oriented silicon steel and maintained the global leading advantage in four specifications. II. Main uses

With its extremely low iron loss characteristics, B18R060 is widely used in the field of energy efficient power equipment:

1, Super Grade 1 energy-efficient transformer:

Used in manufacturing silicon steel laminated core distribution transformers, no-load loss is reduced by more than 30% compared with traditional products, meeting the national level 1 energy efficiency standards (such as S15-M series), widely used in power grid energy saving transformation.

In the field of ultra-high voltage transmission, B18R060 is used in ±1100kV Changji-Guquan ultra-high voltage DC transmission project, replacing imported materials and supporting the demonstration project with the world's highest voltage level and longest transmission distance.

2, high-efficiency motors and low noise equipment:

III. Storage and maintenance

Although the insulating coating (magnesium silicate base + silica sol coating) orientated to silicon steel is corrosion-resistant, the following precautions should be taken for long-term storage:

1, environmental control:

The storage area should be kept dry and sealed, with a temperature difference of ≥5℃ from the dew point to avoid moisture condensation leading to rust. The packaging of steel coils should be complete, and those damaged in transport should be resealed and wrapped with anti-rust paper.

2, Rust protection:

Coils found to be rusty should be used as a priority, sealed if necessary, and professional anti-rust paint should be used to protect the edges.

3, Handling specification:

Use soft spreader, avoid mechanical collision or scratching the surface coating to ensure stable electromagnetic performance.

IV. Payment modalities
