To solve this problem, we are able to offer a control system. It consists of an actuator, servo motor and drive, control panel(PLC integrated). UNI control panel are a touch screen with some function buttons on it. More importantly, it can switch to English Operation Interface. We will download program to PLC and touch screen separately in ahead. As a result, when you receive, it is ready to use. Customers can simply input the parameters they require to freely adjust speed and stroke. Besides, we will send you a copy of program and instruction manual for sure. Therefore, you can change the program and upload it to the control panel yourself. Surely, Electric Cylinder Controller will simplify your work in a quite easy way just by touching of your fingers

Note:

1. The rated load and speed of actuator will be calculated, based on the gear reduction ratio and motor specification. Gearbox will be needed when high force, low speed requested. Japan-shimpo, Taiwan Liming and other high precision brands of gearbox are available.

2. All UNI Simulator Servo Actuators will be equiped with motor,drive,encoder and cables. Panasonic, Yaskawa, Mitsubishi,Siemens,Schneider and other brands of motor are affordable now.

3. If you prefer use your own motor or gearbox, please send us the drawings and specification. UNI engineer team will design and custom the servo actuator for you.
