1. Fast drying, time saving, high production efficiency;
2. Can make the printed surface reach high gloss;
3. Conveyor belt speed regulation, and equipped with non-deviating device to ensure smooth conveying;
4. Teflon mesh belt; the conveying speed is balanced and adjustable, convenient to connect with the production line;
5. Each UV system is independently controlled, and the number of lamps is turned on according to production;
6. Adopt aluminum-magnesium alloy lampshade, focusing design, high production efficiency;
7. The working current of UV lamp can be controlled by the external meter needle, and the working status of UV lamp can be effectively mastered;
8. Equipped with a reasonable heat dissipation system to avoid deformation of printed products caused by excessively high working chamber temperature;
9. Heat can be discharged to the outside through the heat exhaust system, and the production working environment can be ensured at the same time.
