The hydraulic brake represented by YWZ9 series brake and YWZ series brake can be analysed from the four major faults to determine whether there is a situation that the braking deceleration is small and the braking distance is long when the brake is applied while the car is moving, whether there is a situation that the brake fails to work suddenly, whether there is a situation that the brake pedal feels high and hard or there is no free travel, and whether there is a situation that it is difficult for the car to start or travel with difficulty, and whether there is a situation that the brake runs away from the road. The brake is not functioning well. If the braking efficiency is poor, check whether there is any fault in the master cylinder, sub-pump and brake, and whether there is any air infiltration in the brake line. Brake bite to see if the brake pedal has free travel or its return spring fall off, broken or too soft, pedal shaft rust stagnation and difficult to add, the master cylinder piston return spring is too soft, broken, bowl swelling blocking the return hole or return hole is blocked by dirt. Brake deflection is mainly due to the left and right side due to a side wheel brake drum and friction pad clearance is not the same or a side of the front wheel sub-pump air, hose aging or sub-pump bowl is bad or a side of the front wheel brake drum loss of round resulting in inconsistent wear. For lift brakes, the designer did not consider that uniqueness to the stroke indicator mounting would cause the stroke indicator to touch the movable indicator. Secondly, the brake is bonded, not riveted, long-term use will be due to the adhesive open glue and cause the brake tile off, or even sealing rubber aging rupture. There are also foreign objects falling into the solenoid core or rust caused by brake jamming.
