　　The integrated electronic pedal sensor accurately senses the driver's control of the pedal and converts it into an electrical signal that is transmitted to the electronic control unit, which then automatically adjusts the braking pressure at the wheels according to the different driving conditions. This system reduces reaction time and avoids the risk of the driver unconsciously reducing braking force due to vibrations caused by the reaction force of the hydro-mechanical braking system.

　　The actuator replaces the pressure regulator and ABS module of a conventional brake with an integrated brake module containing a motor, pump, battery and other components, which generates and stores the braking pressure and individually regulates the braking torque for each of the four tyres. The EHB is a significant improvement over conventional hydraulic brakes.
