For the DBH foot mounted caliper disc brake is horizontal installation. According to its air cylinder installation position, it can be divided into left DBH-205L and right DBH-205R two modes. There are nine models of it:  DBH103, DBH104, DBH105, DBH203, DBH204, DBH205, DBH383, DBH384, DBH385. According to their equiped air cylinder head size, so they are braking force is different. It has three kinds of air cylinder head are available 3#, 4# and 5#.

DBH horizontal caliper disc brake is a little difference with DBG air brake, its air cylinder head can be installed on left or right side as needed. It is according to user's air source inputting position. This DBH-10, DBH-20, DBH-38 three modes of brake is normal releasing brake, that is to say, when there is no air supply, brake is in release status, after supplying air source, brake is in braked status.

According to above technical data, we will know that DBH103, DBH104, DBH105 are suitable for braking steel disc thickness is 10mm; DBH203, DBH204, DBH205 are used to brake steel disc thickness is 20mm; DBH383, DBH384, DBH385 are applied to clamp 38mm thickness steel disc. Although their clamp steel disc thickness is different, while their braking force is the same.

Friction pads of horizontal caliper disc brake is non-asbestos material, it is durable with small noise. Old type friction pads is with screw structure, like Niika.
