Product Description
KB clutch and brake combination unit
KB clutch and brake combination unit is also called pneumatic operated clutch & brake combination unit, it is a heavy dutu disc type design, suit for heavy industries applications. The clutch is operated by supplying air pressure by using a pneumatic cylinder piston clamps the friction plats to the hub, which is keyed to the shaft and thus transmits the torque. When air pressure exhausted, the springs move the piston in the opposite direction, thus friction plates are clamped and the brake is applied. Multiple friction plates increase the torque capacity without inflating the size of the unit.
Regular model includes: KB-0050, KB-0100, KB-0200, KB-0400, KB-0050, KB-0500, KB-0600, KB-0800, KB-1200.
This PCCU-TT, PCCU-SS, PCCU-SL model pneumatic clutch and brake unit is widely used in the following industries:
cold heading machinery, high speed stamping machinery, forging and stamping machine, hihgh precision punch machinery, textile machinery, paper making machinery, die cutting machinery, cutting machine and so on.
