Group friction plates pneumatic shaft clutch
BDCV group friction plates pneumatic shaft clutch is a kind of friction clutch. Different of them is the friction plate material. The NAC model friction clutch friction disc material is non-asbestos pad, it will produce little dust after used a period. While this BDC, BDCV, HBDC model pneumatic clutch friction disc material is steel and copper-based friction plates. It is durable and will not produce dust.
This air shaft clutch is air engagement clutch, linked via air pressure; released via return springs. After supplying air pressure, piston pushes driving plate to slide along the distance of the axis, group steel discs compressed group copper-based friction plates to come into an integrated structure, clutch linked. Group steel discs and copper-based friction plates are separated by separate springs after exhausting air pressure, clutch released.
There are some models of this special high torque clutch: BDCV-50, BDCV-100. Following is the technical data of it:
