Air engagement multiple tooth and tooth clutch
BTC positive air engagement multiple tooth clutch is flexible coupling assemble, it is required in-line coupling applications and are available in single or double flex designs to provide high misalignment capabilites with high torque. Shaft and flange mount are available as need.
This tooth and tooth connect clutch with small shape while transmit high power. There are some models of it: BTC-10, BTC-20, BTC-40, BTC-60, BTC-80, BTC-120, BTC-200, BTC-300, BTC-400, BTC-600, BTC-800, BTC-1200, BTC-1600, transmit torque can be reached to 16000N.m or 141593 in.lbs or 1600kg.m torque.
Handong made this pneumatic multiple tooth clutch can replace Nexen 5H30, 5H35, 5H40, 5H45, 5H50, 5H60, 5H70, 5H20P, 5H30P, 5H35P, 5H40P, 5H45P, 5H50P, 5H60P, 5H70P, 5H80P, 5H100P pilot mount tooth clutches.
Pneumatic tooth clutch is widely used for connect and transmit power, but when it is reverse installation, clutch can be used as a brake, it is popular applied in balance mechanical arm, arthrosis, robot arm and etc.
