Oil pump usage pneumatic multi-disc clutch
HBDC pneumatic clutch is a special pneumatic shaft friction clutch. It friction plate is not non-asbestos material, HBDC clutch's friction plate are group steel plates and copper-based plates, as usually they are six groups of them. So it transmitting torque is large, from 500N.m to 1000N.m.
This friction type clutch is suitable used for oil environment. HBDC, BDC, BDCV series multiple friction plates clutch can be used in pump, dividing box, oil mist separator and other moist humid environment. Why? Because this clutch using special steel and copper-base friction plates, they will not slippage and reduce torque in humid situation.
This special pneumatic friction type clutch there are two models: HBDC-50, HBDC-100, their transmit torque is 500N.m and 1000N.m in separately.
