High quality air disc brake DBF-8 with small size 

DBF compressor air disc brake is with small size, some sets of it used for clamping one steel disc plate is available. When there is no air source input, this brake is in released status; after supplying air pressure, this brake's up & down braking pads forward and clamp friction disc for stopping. There are three models of it: DBF-8, DBF-10 and DBF-15, they are used to clamp braking disc thickness is 8mm, 10mm and 15mm in seperately.

Pneumatic caliper disc brake DBF is a small size friction type brake. Its bottom is stationary, can be installed in different ways. Although its size is small, but it is very flexible, it can be install certain pieces of brakes on a disc, then torque also can be enlarge along with it in certain time.

This caliper disc brake is widely applied in rubber tire machine, flexo machine, wire winch machine, wire and cable machine, packing machine, printing machine and etc. They can be used in some pieces together. 

In this case, DBF air caliper disc brakes are used for textile machine, one set of air caliper disc brake braking one steel plate. After inputting air source, DBF brake will clamp steel disc and making steel disc stopped.
