Product Description
Steel strip type pneumatic extend shaft for paper roller
Aluminum alloy or seamless steel tube with hard chrome-plated surface. Pneumatic extend shaft is also called air expanding steel shaft, it is used to carry paper core loading and unloading. In normal, keys in the shaft is down, it is convenient for paper core loading and unloading. After loading, inputting air pressure inside, the keys expanded out and then withstand paper core tightly, paper roller starts for winding and unwinding.
Air shaft has the advantage of easy paper tube placing, economic, short charging time, heavy loading, simple maintenance and long service life and etc. It is widely used in printing machinery, paper making machinery and other winding and unwinding machine. It can be match with pneumatic caliper disc brake, air shaft brake, air clutch, pedestal safety chuck, tension controller and so on.
Air shaft application:
Lug type air shaft expanded is single key, fulcrum spreads to all the keys, so keep the shaft force balance, suitable for light material winding.
