1、The major basic parts such as the lathe bed, lathe feet, the middle supporting plate, the spindle box are all made of HT300 cast iron.

2、The middle supporting plate together with the whole lathe bed, the middle slip plate and the sliding surface of supporting plate are all adopt the line rail technology of Taiwan.

3、The feed of X, Z direction adopts the inner loop preloading large-lead ball screw with double nut so it is of high feed speed.

4、The two guide rail of X, Z direction and screw are all adopt protective device, which ensures the cleanness of lead screw and guide rail.

4、The spindle box adopts spindle unit which is of independent type and sleeve structure and it is equipped with high intensity special bearing for spindle.

The Application of This Product

1) This product is a kind of lathe which is semi-close loop control with two servo-drive connected directly. 

2） All the two axis are the sliding (hard) rail kind . 

3）The structure and dimension of axis are compact and reasonable.

4） Spindle is gear transmission and variable- frequency variable-speed droved by variable frequency motor through belt which can clamping various plate, shaft, and component all at once.

5） It can complete the processing of recessing, groove, inner (outer) hole, spherical, R cone angle, curved shape, cone shape, end face, and the single or multiple thread processing for the metric/inch threads. 

6）It is applicable for multi and mass production, and can meet the processing demands for complex and high precision parts.
