Product Description
It use arc to melt metal,the arc is formed by combustion in two continuous feeding metal wire ,the the melting metal is atomized by high speed airflow.Through the Laval nozzle,the atomizing metal particles are accelerated to make them to exceed supersonic to spray to the workpieces to form a coating .
2. Characteristics of 1.6~3.2mm SS304 wire arc spray gun, arc spray coating gun for arc spray coating machine
(1) Can spray all kinds of metal wire, alloy wire,such as zinc ,aluminum,copper,molybdenum,titanium,stainless steel,high carbon steel,nickel chrome alloy,wear-resistant alloy ,babbitt alloy material,etc.
(2) wire diameter is 1.6mm,2.0mm and 3.2mm,and usual diameter is 2.0mm
(3) working effeciency is very high, and power-consuming is very low ,and gas comsuption is 2.3m3/min
(4)operatation is easy and you can do aerial work in a long distance.
