SN-320G CNC gear grinding machine for grinding batch of high procision gears.
Features:
By the independent NC wheel dresser, there is no need to share the feed shafts of machine, so it can improve the efficiency and the precision retentivity of the machine.
To equip automatic tooth alignment device, it reduces the operator’s work intensity , and improves productivity efficiency.
The breakthrough of technology ensures the high equal division precision of processing parts.
The index head adopts high precision roller bearing. It owns good rigidity and large bearing capacity.
Full-closed loop helix angle index head ensures the precision location of grinding wheel helix angle , and it eliminates the influence to the error of tooth profile.

Unique wheel dressing technology:
1. NC wheel dresser adopts full-closed loop control,3-axes linkage dressing wheel.it reduces the influence that caused by the error of diamond dressing wheel\'s shape. it increases life time of the diamond dressing wheel and saves the cost of customer.
2. It adopts phialiform diamond dressing wheel, without interference of dressing tool. it can
realize dressing of arbitrary cureve\'s? section shape within the range of 180°.
3. Software interface can realize parameterized programming of different section shapes such as
involute,rectangle and triangle,etc.
