1. This machine uses fully automatic servo motor with computer digital 
function to control length, it is easy for operation.
2. Flow process of production is from rolled material through automatic 
edge alignment, edge trimming, strip piercing, laminating, ultrasonic 
compressive embossing, photo cell sensing, hole punching, thermo cutting off 
and ends with automatic counting,all of the operations are fully automatic.
3.This machine equips automatic stop equipment, it will stop working when there is no material, when temperature is below the minimum temperature required.

The principle and application:

1.  One standard and complete ultrasonic system include one generator , one transducer with flange ring and one horn.(The horn can be customized according to every customers product).

2. The generator is a electronic circuit control box   by the analog circuit with a variety of electronic components combination together.

3. When the generator is working , the transducer will change the Electron Energy from the generator into the Mechanical Energy of working be up and down movement.

4. Then the horn will transmit the Mechanical Energy on the product material , and the every material molecule can  weld  and fuse  together by instantaneous  friction of high temperature.

1. Our generator using  self-excited oscillation circuit principle. It is used widely in all kinds of  configuration of automated machinery. Such as zipper lock machine, paper cup machine, Non-woven machine , laminated composite machine, plastic bag making machine etc..
