3.The application of high voltage solar charge improves the utilization rate of PV modules in Solar Pumping System.

Because of Solar pumping system's special features, part of PV module energy is wasted during favorable light intensity like Dawn, Noon and Dusk.

Shown as the shadow area as below:

1).When at dawn and dusk, the solar pump inverter output frequency is lower than Stop frequency,the output power of PV array is too weak to pump water;

2).At noon, the Inverter reaches the max. output frequency,part of energy cannot be used;

Charger helps to stores the extra energy shown as shadow area in battery for other usage. It significantly increases the PV module utilization.

Through Y type PV connector, High voltage solar charger and solar pump inverter are connected to PV Array at the same time. When Charger and Inverter’s input voltage are equal, the energy shown as Fig. 2-1’s shadow area will auto be stored to battery, user can use the energy of the battery power accordingly.

As Charger’s charging performance is auto. controlled by input energy, and if user demand all of energy be used to run the pump, just turn off Charger’s input side switch.
