Working Principle of direct rotary sand dryer:

The main body of our direct rotary sand dryer is a cylinder at a certain gradient with

horizon . The cylinder is drove by gear at a speed of 1.5-8r/min . The general gradient of

cylinder is about  3 ° -5 ° . Materials enter into cylinder by the upper end . Along with  cylinder

rotates , materials flow to the lower end under gravity and get discharged . During this period ,

materials sufficiently contace with hot air , moisture inside gets vaporized . Due to rotary dryer

operates under negative pressure , the inlet and outlet both adopt sealing device to avoid air

leakage .

Working principle of indirect sand rotary dryer:
1. This equipment internal by tens of root of heat pipe, and the material into the dryer from the top

of the heat pipe down at the bottom of the equipment,
2. The bottom will be at the bottom of the heat pipe scraper plate to blow the material continuously

and heat pipe contact to a drying effect.
3.This can greatly improve the material thermal contact area and heat utilization.
4. Top equipment has forced the platoon is wet machine can be drying process of a large number

of water vapor in the first row of go,
5.The more water vapor separation thorough drying the faster the heat loss is lower, because

it avoids the material in the drying process and water vapor contact to eliminate the material

absorption water may not cause repeated drying.
