Introduction of conveyor dryer

Conveyor dryer is also named as mesh belt dryer. It is mainly used to dry up ball shape/oval 

shape/pillow shape/egg shape/pieces shape fruits, mushroom, coal or charcoal briquettes. 

Raw material is conveyed to mesh through belt conveyor. Raw material are evenly distributed 

on the mesh, and through mesh conveyor's moving, hot air is conveyed from the heater to

conveyor dryer. Each conveyor dryer has 3-5 layers mesh, raw material moves from the top 

layer to the lowest layer. Moving speed of conveyor layer can be adjusted according to your

production capacity and final coal/charcoal briquette's water content.

Conveyor dryer consists of drying section, transmission device, discharging pipe, mesh belt, 

draught fan, etc.

Working principle of conveyor dryer

Main working principle of conveyor dryer is to put the material evenly spread in the network, 

the transmission device drag moving back and forth inside the drying machine, hot air in the 

materials passing through, the water vapor from the eduction in the platoon is wet hole, so

as to achieve the purpose of drying. 12-60 conveyor mesh belt with steel wire mesh belt,
