Dryer for sawdust is also named as rotary wood sawdust dryer, wood vacuum dryer, sawdust

Dryer for sawdust is used to dry up wood sawdust/wood chips/wood shavings, etc. whose 

humidity around 60% till their' humidity around 1.5%-5%. The innner hot air temperature can 

be around 700 ℃, this makes wood chips/wood shavings/wood sawdust, etc. easily to be dried 

up in a short time, so our dryer for sawdust's production capacity is very large, it can be 1-20 

tons per hour. By the way, final humidity is customized by adjusting its rotational speed and its

The working principle of dryer for sawdust

During the movement in dryer for sawdust, the material gets the heating directly/indirectly, 

and then is dried. Later the dried material is transferred by the belt conveyor/spiral conveyer 

at the discharging opening.There are lifting boards on the inside wall, which lifts and scatters 

the material to make the contact surface bigger between the material and the heat carrier. This 

can promote the drying rate and push the material forward. Heat carrier is usually hot air or flue

gas. After go through the dryer,the substances containing in the heat carrier usually need to be

collected by cyclone dust collector. If the air dust content need to be reduced further, bag filter or
