Introduction of mesh dryer

Mesh dryer is also named as mesh belt dryer. It is mainly used to dry up ball shape/oval

shape/pillow shape/egg shape coal or charcoal briquettes or other pieces raw material.

Coal/charcoal briquettes were conveyed to mesh through mesh conveyor. Coal/charcoal

briquettes are evenly distributed on the mesh, and through mesh conveyor's moving, hot

air is conveyed from the heater to mesh dryer.

Each mesh dryer has 3-5 layers mesh, coal/charcoal briquettes move from the top layer to

the lowest layer. Moving speed of mesh layer can be adjusted according to your production

capacity and final coal/charcoal briquette's water content.

By the way, our mesh dryer is also widely used to dry up

Mesh dryer consists of drying section, mesh belt, transmission device, discharging pipe,

draught fan, etc.

Working principle of mesh dryer

Main working principle of mesh dryer is to put the material evenly spread in the network,

the transmission device drag moving back and forth inside the drying machine, hot air in

the materials passing through, the water vapor from the eduction in the platoon is wet hole,

so as to achieve the purpose of drying. 12-60 mesh belt with steel wire mesh belt, body

length is made up by the standard section, in order to save space,mesh dryer can be made

into multi-layer type, there are two common room three, two room five layers, length, 6-40

m, effective width 0.6- 3.0 m.
