Electrical safety and performance integrate tester

Electrical safety and performance integrate testing deviceis designed according to the relevant standards requirements of IEC60335,GB9706.1,IEC60529 and the standard requirement of related electrical appliances, electrical products, and the products can be customized with various foreign standard specifications.
Instrument power supply is AC220V±10%,50Hz. (Other power specifications can be customized)
With manual / automatic test selection function as well as the automatic cycle test function.
Have tests interrupted function when it exceeds the limit. It means in the process of automatic test, when the test data as a failure, that is, to terminate this test.
The test results of all specifications can be latched.
Equip with the external starting interface and external starting controller.

The test items are as follows

(1). Withstand voltage test:

Output voltage range: AC 500~5KV

The accuracy of output voltage:  ±3% readings.

Current measurement range: 0.5mA~2mA~20mA, can automatic change the files, the accuracy of it is ±5% readings.

(2). Leakage current test

Test voltage, AC 0~250V(adjustable), the accuracy of it is ±(0.5% readings +0.5% Full-scale).

Test current is 0.5mA~2mA~20mA, can automatic change the files, the accuracy of it is( ±3% readings + 2% Full-scale)

The maximum capacity range is 5KVA( including the load)

(3),Insulation resistance test

Test voltage is DC 500V/1000V (can switch), the accuracy is ±5% readings.

Insulation resistance is 0.5M~20M~200MΩ~1000 MΩ, below 200 MΩ the accuracy is ±5% readings.

(4),Grounding Resistance Test

Test current is 10A/25A (can switch), the accuracy is ± 2% readings.

Grounding Resistance is 10.00~50.00~250 mΩ, the accuracy is ±(2% readings +1 mΩ)

(5),Power, current, voltage test

Voltage measurement range is 50 V ~280V, adjustable.

Voltage measurement accuracy is ± (0.3% readings +0.2% Full-scale).

Power factor measurement test range is 0.1~1.0, the accuracy is ±0.02.

(6),Low-voltage start test

Voltage measurement range is 50 V ~280V.

Voltage measurement accuracy: ± (0.3% readings +0.2% Full-scale).

Current measurement range: 0.1~20A

Current measurement accuracy: ± (0.3% readings +0.2% Full-scale).
