Water based Epoxy Paint, standing chemical, abrasion, weather, NON-TOXIC for Concrete Floor JONA WEPO

JONA^®WEPO is the water based two-component epoxy.

It is used for finishing concrete floor surfaces of house, storage, workshop, plant, factory, laboratory, etc.

• Standing impact, abrasion, chemical and the influences of weather well.
• Safety in application because of the used water thinner.

Tools:

Brush, roller, conventional spray

Airless spray: the fluid tip diameter is from 0.43mm to 0.65mm, min output fluid pressure is 15MPa (150kp/cm²). The angle of spray from 40⁰to 65⁰. 

• The practiced surface should be clean and free from the contamination of dirt, oil, wax, chalking, mildew and other chemical agents in order to ensure proper adhesion to the substrate. The jet- water can be used for cleaning after that.  The prior coating (if any) has to be moved by sanded or abraded. Filling the holes and cracks on the surface and/ or leveling with JOTON^®WEPO.
• For the new concrete (in normal conditions), practicing is only allowed after 28 days.
• Firstly, stir well the base (part A) with an agitator, then pour the hardener (part B) slowly into the stirred base (part A), and mix (part A with part B) together thoroughly in the ratio of 5.5 to 1.
• Continuously stir well for 3 minutes until getting the available mixture. Water should be only used for diluting in the case of exceptional circumstances (max. 5% by the weight of A & B mixture).
• Thinner should be diluted part A then stir well before mixing with part B
• The available A & B mixture must be used within the pot life (6 hours at 23⁰C).

• The practiced surface temperature is more than 10⁰C (It’s at least 5⁰C above the dew point) and the practiced space humidity is equal or less than 85%.
• Drying time depends on temperature, humidity and ventilation of application space. High temperature and good ventilation help the drying time to be more quickly.
