Chlorinated Rubber Paint Waterproof, Heat resistant for Exterior Metal, concrete and wood surfaces JIS Standard JONA CHLORRUB

JONA^®CHLORUB - CHLORINATED RUBBER PAINT - is the single component chlorinated rubber coating.

It is used for coating exterior metal, concrete and wood surfaces in vessel, container, construction, mechanical equipment, traffic, etc.

JONES^®CHLORUB has been certified as conforming to the JAPANESE INDUSTRIAL STANDARD JIS K 5639:2002.

• Good adhesion. Fast drying.
• Standing impact and abrasion well.
• Resistant to chemical substances, water and sea water.
• Resistance to the influences of weather and wet.
• Heat-resistant up to 100⁰C (un-continuous).
• Unresisting to heavy solvents, animal and vegetable oils.  

Tools:

Airless spray: the fluid tip diameter is from 0.43mm to 0.65mm, min output fluid pressure is 15MPa (150kp/cm²). The angle of spray from 40⁰to 65⁰.

Conventional spray.

For inconsiderable surfaces: brush can be used, care must be taken to achieve the specified dry film thickness. Clean tools after using.  

• The practiced surface should be clear, dry and free from oil, grease and other contaminants.
• Diluting thinner maximum 5% in case of exceptional circumstances then stirring them well. Recoat time at least 1 hour after.    

• The practiced surface temperature is more than 10⁰C (It’s at least 5⁰C above the dew point) and the practiced space humidity is equal or less than 85%.
• Drying time depends on temperature, humidity and ventilation of application space. High temperature and good ventilation help the drying time to be more quickly.
