Excellent Primer, increase adhesion and durability of Finish Coatings for Sport courts JOTEENES PRIMER

JOTEENES ^Ò PRIMER is the high quality based waterborne emulsion paint used as the primer of tennis coating system. It can deeply infiltrate into the concrete substrate and help to increase the durability and adhesion of finish paints.  

• Adhering to concrete surface well. Practicing easily.
• Standing to abrasion and impact well.
• Resisting to alga, fungus, mildew and alkalization well.

Tools:

Roller, brush or conventional spray..  

• The practiced surface should be clear, dry and free from oil and grease to get the best substrate adhesion. Dust and dirt should be clean by wet cloth. Oil and grease should be removed with suitable solvent or dilute detergent. Jet-water can be used after that for cleaning. Filling little holes and cracks, and leveling the surface with JOTEENES ^Ò PAT. The practiced surface temperature is from 10⁰C to 40⁰C. The practiced surface humidity is below 20%.
• For new concrete, it demands the waiting time of at least 28 days to solidify completely before practicing (in normal conditions).
• Practicing on sunny day.
• Practicing directly to the concrete substrate after being dry and strong.  
• It may be practiced from 1 to 2 coats depending on the surface conditions.
• Stir well before using.

•  Tools have to be clean.
• It should be practiced on sunny day.
• The practiced surface temperature is from 10^oC to 40^oC (It’s at least 5⁰C above the dew point) and its humidity is less than 85%.
• Note: Drying time depends on temperature, humidity and ventilation of application space. High temperature and good ventilation help the drying time to be more quickly.
