 JN AA-3318 Textile Printing Emulsion

v       Product introduction

JN BA-3318 is a stable and soft self-crosslinking acrylics emulsion which can be used conveniently. This product is designed and used as an adhesive for nonwoven fabrics and widely used in producing nonwoven fabric with soft hand feel and without dry adhesion/aggressive tack. Its excellent macromolecule crosslinking and adhesion effect provides nonwoven fabrics with soaping and dry cleaning resistance.

v       Application method

JN BA-3318 features good mechanical stability and can be widely applied in production methods for various nonwoven fabrics, including spray bonding process, dipping bonding and foam dipping bonding etc. It can be mixed with water and diluted to a proper solid content for further use. It can also be mixed with hard latex to achieve proper hand feeling requirement.

v       Thermosetting condition

Correct thermosetting condition is determined by individual nonwoven fabric and production method. In general, when thermo set at 135~145°C for 1 minute, the nonwoven fabric becomes highly wash resistant.

v       Storage condition

Store the product in a tightly sealed container and avoid freezing and high temperature. The shelf life is 6 months. The storage temperature is suggested to be 5~35°C.
