JN AA-3410a General primer coating emulsion

v  Function

JN AA-3410a general primer paint emulsion is a self-crosslink pure acrylic emulsion which contains carboxyl and keeps hydroxyl. It has excellent enclosing ability with pigment and filler, and has good water retention. The paint coat can easy to sand into powder; it also has property of quick drying and after-tack resistance.

It is recommended to use for the formula of solid color primer paint. The emulsion can enclose powder in 30%; it has good filling ability and high definition. The suggested film forming additive proportion is DPM:DPNB=5:3.

Adding a certain amount of sanding additives into the formula of paint, it could help to increase the crosslinking density of paint film, improve the sanding ability of film and the effect of after-tack resistance.

v  Packing and storage

50kg, 125kg, 200kg plastic drums, or packing according to customer requirement. Stored them at dry and cool place in 5~40℃. The shelf life is 6 months.
