JNAA-3407 Dispersing Agent for Coating

v  Features

JN AA-3407 dispersing agent contains more solid content than most dispersing agent.(45%)so it has better price performance. As a common pigment and filler dispersing agent, JN AA-3407 suitable for low VOC coating, matt interior& exterior paint, flat paint and gloss paint. It is widely used in pure acrylic coating system, styrene acrylic coating system and vinegar acrylic coating system with the following advantages:

1.    Very efficient for inorganic pigment.

2.    High dispersing rate.

3.    Low forming foam performance when grind.

4.    Use together with alkali swelling type thickener hydrophobic modified alkali swelling type thickener has excellent stability.

5.    Excellent compatibility with cellulose thickener.

The dosage is between 0.15%~0.75% of the solid content of the filler and pigment as replacement of other type of dispersing agent when making water-based paint. If require higher gloss in the ingredient gloss paint, other type of the dispersing agent are more suitable.

It is suitable for dispersing or stable water-based paint containing a lot of calcium carbonate and kaolin fillers. The dosage is according to the requirement by the customers and the stability of heating storage.
