• Function

  Finger joint timber, is mainly applied to adhere the materials with high moisture content or without drying. It is the special adhesive for sliced veneer in the current market. This kind of adhesive is normally applied to high humidity wood (the moisture content is over 30%). It designed break the old situation that traditional adhesive need to dry the wood. This product is non-toxic, odorless, does not contain formaldehyde and wide range of use. This product boasts good adhesive strength and toughness, good water resistance, outstanding resistance humidity and anti-aging performance. It can cure at the room temperature and high temperature and with good heat-resisting after curing.

1. Stir evenly before using this product.

2. The surface of the base material should be clean, cannot have stain on it.

3. Coated materials should be pressed fit, the higher pressure, the greater strength. Press for 24 hours will reach the highest strength.

4. The wet wood board also can be adhered. Keep the moisture content around 30%, higher moisture will influence the strength.

    Caution

     When left over after application, should be sealed tightly for reuse. When use the product cannot add water into the drum. Unspent product should be sealed immediately. Stay the product in a cool and dry place and away with the open fire.
