v  Characterizations

JN PUD-6003 WATER-BASED POLYURETHANE EMULSION is an anionic emulsion. It boasts of high hydrolysis resistance, excellent adhesive strength and good light-fastness performance, and also has a touch of softness. It is suitable for textile coatings, paper coatings and coatings for the shell of electrical appliances. It can be used in the manufacturing of garments, handbags, suitcases, flocked materials, industrial products, adhesives and water-based inks. JN PUD-6003 WATER-BASED POLYURETHANE EMULSION possesses the following characteristics:

1.It is eco-friendly, safe and non-yellowing, and it demonstrates high performances;

2.With a view to expanding its field of application or customizing the technical capabilities of the product, an appropriate amount of curing agent can be added to enhance its thermal stability, water plasticization, grease resistance and oil resistance. Resin dispersion, emulsifier and thickener can also be used as additives to this product;

3.It boasts of low viscosity, good spraying performance and excellent adhesion.

This product is aqueous anionic and is miscible with pure acrylic emulsion, styrene-acrylic emulsion, polyurethane dispersion, water-based color paste and other anionic aqueous dispersions. Because there are many products that can be miscible with this one, the compatibility of the prepared solution of this product with other products should be tested;

JN PUD-6003 can be used as the single main material to prepare tough and lightfast coating, and can also be diluted with water or mixed with thickener to prepare coating. The optimal pH for compounding coatings ranges from 7 to 8, and ammonia can be used to adjust the pH. Coating test is recommended before large-scale operation.

v  CautionCaution

Storage: Tighten the cap immediately after use. It should be sealed tightly for preservation;

During storage, a slight amount of curing skinning and crust may form at the sealing joint, which does not affect the performance of the product. The product can be used normally after clearing the curing skinning and crust;

Freezing is prohibited, the best storage temperature is between 5~30°C, and the shelter life is 6 months;

Packaged container must be airtight and so it must be sealed tightly. Avoid exposure to sunlight, otherwise, a non-dispersible polymer film will appear as a result of water evaporation.
