JN BC-8032 Anti-septic Germicide

v  Function

JN BC-8032 Anti-septic Germicide is an industrial germicide which is more efficient, broad-spectrum and low-toxic and contains no heavy metals. It reaches the inner cell of the microorganism by penetrating its cell wall, and combines with the base in cell nuclear acid, thus suppressing the regeneration of the microorganisms or killing them. It has outstanding qualities for suppressing and killing bacteria, fungus and saccharomycete which often exist in paper-making process. This product is developed for water-based products to kill bacteria and fungus in high temperature and high moisture environment and is applicable to adhesives,emulsion polymerization,printing plate wetter, metalworking fluids and coating materials which needs to suppress and kill bacteria and fungus.

v  Features

The product is added to stock proportioner, full stuff tower, stabilizing head box and white water chest before the pulp is added to the paper-making machine. The exact dosage depends on factors such as season, operating environment,raw materials, water sources and the infection level of the system. The general concentration of the product is suggested to 5—20ppm (pulp and water mixture), 5—10ppm for white water. The product can be added by jetting or dropping and it is effective when the pH value ranges between 4-9.The product is biodegradable and does not cause bioaccumulation.

v  Usage

Avoid contact with eyes. Once it contacts with eyes, please rinse with large amount of water at once without delay. No longtime contact with skin.Wear protective eye-glasses and acid proof gloves when handling the product. The product should be stored in a cool and shady place (5 °C- 30 °C), avoid freezing and sun exposure.
