JN BC-8031 High Efficiency Anti-septic Germicide

v  Introduction

JN BC-8031 high efficiency anti-septic germicide has good water solubility. It is highly efficient, broad-spectrum and low-toxic. It won’t pollute environment and contains no heavy metal. As anti-septic germicide,it is used in coating color preparation of all coating paper grades, high polymer emulsion, water-base architectural coatings, binding agents, recycling waste water and so on. It has outstanding qualities for suppressing and killing bacteria, molds, saccharomycete and algae. It can eliminate paper defects such as holes, blotches, breakthrough point and breaks caused by slime, thus improving the quality of paper.

JF-60 high efficient anti-septic germicide can be added into stock proportioner, full stuff tower, stabilizing head box or  white water chest. The optimal dosage of the product depend on paper grades, paper machine operating environment(pH value and temperature), addition agents and base materials. The general dosage is 3~10ppm.

v  Usage

Avoid contacting with eyes. Once it contacts with eyes, please rinse with large amount of water immediately. No long-time contact with skin.The product should be stored in a cool and shady place (5 °C- 30 °C), avoid freezing and sun exposure.

v  Packing

 25kg,200kg,1000kg plastic drum, or according to customer requirements.
